In order to achieve its objective of providing affordable rented homes for local people in perpetuity, Laxfield CLT is striving to obtain land in and around Laxfield.

Current LCLT projects include:

• Laxfield CLT has been instrumental in organising the recent Laxfield Housing Needs Survey (HNS 2026).
• This HNS will help to determine the current housing needs/requirements in the village.

Older LCLT projects and properties include:

• Laxfield CLT acquired an interest in the legal title of each of three freehold properties in the village (as of 2021).  
  
  LCLT therefore already provides affordable housing in the village in the form of 3 shared equity properties.
